Pistol
- Slow Fire Trigger Control (25y Headbox), 10 Reps
- Draws (Wrists Above Shoulders), 10 Reps (Goal: 0.8 sec)
- Bar Hop Reloads, 10 Reps (Goal: ~2.8 sec)
- Trigger Break Exit, 10 Reps
- Setup: 1 paper target and 1 steel popper (Diagram B) & 2 shooting positions 3 yards apart
- Engage the paper with 2 rounds and the steel with 1 round; immediately exit the shooting position as soon as the trigger breaks on the popper; aggressively move to the 2nd shooting position, repeat the shooting engagements, return to the 1st shooting position, and obtain a sight picture on the paper target
- Do not build bad habits on the popper, ensure that you have a good sight picture/trigger press and DO NOT allow yourself to rush out of position after “shooting” a miss on steel

Rifle
- Slow Fire Trigger Control, Standing (25y Headbox), 10 Reps
- Ready-ups (Low), 10 Reps (Goal: 0.4 sec)
- Reload Micro Drill 1, 10 Reps (Goal: 0.8 sec)
- Starting position is the same as a bolt-lock reload, on the buzzer press the magazine release, grab a fresh magazine from your pouch, and bring it up to the magwell entrance
- Reloads, 5 Reps (Goal: 1.5 sec)
- Trigger Break Exits, 10 Reps
- Ensure that you’re actuating the safety every time you move positions
