Pistol

  1. Trigger Control At Speed (SHO), 10 Reps 
  2. Draws, 10 Reps (Goal: 1.2 sec)
  3. Reload to SHO, 10 Reps (Goal: 1.8 sec)
    • Perform a standard reload and switch to Strong Hand Only 
  4. Distance Change-up, 10 Reps (Goal: 3.5 sec)

Rifle

  1. Trigger Control At Speed, 10 Reps
  2. Ready-ups (High), 10 Reps (Goal: 0.8 sec)
  3. Kneeling Reloads, 10 Reps (Goal: 2.5 sec) 
  4. Distance Change-up, 10 Reps (Goal: 3.1 sec)
