Pistol
- Trigger Control At Speed (SHO), 10 Reps
- Turning Draws, 10 Reps (Goal: 0.9 sec)
- Stepping Reloads, 10 Reps (Goal: 1.1 sec)
- Reload the gun while taking 1 step in various directions like you’re standing in the middle of a clock
- Practice Stage, 10 minutes
- Setup: Refer to diagram above
- Engage Array 1 from behind the barricade, reload on the move, and engage Array 2 from the right side shooting position
- Alternate starting from both shooting positions and using different hand positions (relaxed at sides, wrists above shoulders, hands flat on barricade, etc…)
Rifle
- Trigger Control At Speed, 10 Reps
- Ready-ups (High), 10 Reps (Goal: 0.4 sec)
- Stepping Reloads, 10 Reps (Goal: 1.7 sec)
- When reloading on the move, it’s generally better to bring the rifle down under your arm for better control
