Pistol
- Slow Fire Trigger Control (simulated 25 yards), 10 Reps
- Draw Micro Drill #1, 5 Reps (don’t set a par time, the goal is to finish your movement before the buzzer tone ends)
- Draw Micro Drill #2, 5 Reps (don’t set a par time, the goal is to finish your movement before the buzzer tone ends)
- Draw Micro Drill #3, 5 Reps (Goal: 0.5 sec)
- Full Draws, 5 Reps (Goal: 1.2 sec)
- Reloads, 5 Reps (Goal: 1.5 sec)
- CM 18-06 “For That Day,” 10 Reps (Goal: ~7.5 sec & ~3.2 sec for each string)
- Target setup and shooting instructions are in the diagram above
- This one is really easy to “cheat the time” in dryfire by running the trigger way too fast; treat each trigger press as if you were doing this in livefire with these targets at 15 yards

Rifle
- Trigger Control At Speed, 10 Reps
- Ready-ups (Low), 10 Reps (Goal: 0.8 sec)
- Reloads, 5 Reps (Goal: 2.5 sec)
- CM 18-06 “For That Day,” 10 Reps (Goal: ~4.5 sec & ~2.5 sec for each string)
- All rounds fired from the strong-side shoulder; reloads are conducted as instructed in the diagram
