- Slow Fire Trigger Control (25y Headbox), 10 Reps
- Draw (WHO), 10 Reps (Goal: 1.2 sec)
- Reload to SHO, 10 Reps (Goal: 1.0 sec)
- 3 Grasp Drill, 10 Reps (Goal: 2.7 sec)
- Draw, fire 2 rounds Freestyle, 2 rounds SHO, & 2 rounds WHO
- This is a drill isn’t intended to replicate any specific scenario or competition requirement, it’s simply designed to help improve raw weapon handling skills.
- Make sure you’re being honest with yourself on the SHO & WHO sight pictures and trigger presses.

- Practice Stage, 8-10 minutes (Goal: mid-6 sec)
- Setup: Refer to diagram above
- Engage all hardcover targets from the left shooting position with 2 rounds each, move to the right shooting position, and engage all standard targets with 3 rounds each
- Make sure you’re not “pogo-ing” up and down as you’re coming into and out of position. Your shoulders should stay at roughly the same height throughout the stage

Rifle
- Trigger Control At Speed, 10 Reps
- Ready-ups (Low), 10 Reps (Goal: 0.4 sec)
- Reload Micro Drill 1, 10 Reps (Goal: 0.8 sec)
- Starting position is the same as a bolt-lock reload, on the buzzer press the magazine release, grab a fresh magazine from your pouch, and bring it up to the magwell entrance
- Reloads, 10 Reps (Goal: 1.5 sec)
- Practice Stage, 8-10 minutes (Goal: mid-5 sec)
- Pay attention to Height-Over-Bore on the simulated closer targets
- Don’t forget to actuate the safety while moving
