Pistol Warm-up (Use your concealed carry gear)

  1. Trigger Control At Speed, 5 Reps each
    • SHO
    • WHO
    • Freestyle
  2. Draws, 5 Reps each
    • SHO
    • Freestyle
  3. Aim in from Low Ready (WHO), 5 Reps each
  4. Reloads, 5 Reps
  5. Blake Drill (Freestyle & WHO), 5 Reps each
    • Freestyle
    • SHO
    • WHO (Start in the low ready ready position)

Rifle Warm-up

  1. Trigger Control At Speed, 5 Reps
  2. Ready-ups, 5 Reps each
    • Low
    • High
    • Headbox (pay attention to Height-Over-Bore)
  3. Reloads, 5 Reps
  4. Rifle-to-Pistol Transitions
  5. Blake Drill, 5 Reps
