Pistol
- Trigger Control at Speed, 10 Reps
- Draws (Wrists Above Shoulders), 10 Reps (Goal: 0.8 sec)
- Reloads, 10 Reps (Goal: 1.0 sec)
- Target Transitions, 10 Reps
- Use the setup in the diagram above, stand in the middle of the shooting area
- For the first 5 reps, acquire an appropriate sight picture on all 5 targets without pulling the trigger
- For the second 5 reps, engage all 5 targets with 2 rounds each
- Work on leading with your eyes and stopping the dot/front sight exactly where you were looking; the gun shouldn’t move past the aiming point and then come back to it

- On the buzzer, start in the left or right shooting position and engage all 5 targets with 2 rounds each
- You may shoot from anywhere, including on the move while between the shooting positions, but you must shoot at least 1 target from each of the shooting positions
Rifle
- Trigger Control At Speed, 10 Reps
- 90-Degree Ready-up, 10 Reps
- Start with your body turned 90-degrees to the right with the rifle in either the low or high ready, on the buzzer turn and establish a sight picture on the target
- Alternate starting facing left and right
- Reloads, 10 Reps (Goal: 1.5 sec)
- Target Transitions, 10 Reps
- Practice Stage, 8-10 minutes
