Pistol

1. Trigger Control At Speed (SHO), 10 Reps
2. Turning Draws, 10 Reps (Goal: 0.9 sec)
3. Reloads, 5 Reps (Goal: 1.0 sec)
4. 4 Aces, 10 Reps (Goal: 2.8 sec)
5. Classifer CM 13-01 “Disaster Factor,” 8-10 minutes (Goal Time: ~4.7 sec)
   1. Setup: see diagram above
   2. Starting position is facing uprange with wrists above shoulders, on the buzzer turn and engage the bottom targets with 2 rounds each, reload, and engage the top targets targets with 2 rounds each
   3. Alternate shooting the top or bottom targets first

Rifle

1. Slow Fire Trigger Control, Standing (25y), 10 Reps
2. Ready-ups (High), 10 Reps (Goal: 0.5 sec)
3. Reload Micro Drill 2, 10 Reps (Goal: 0.5 sec)
   1. Start with the magazine at the magwell entrance, on the buzzer insert the magazine and obtain a sight picture
4. Reloads, 5 Reps (Goal: 1.5 sec)
5. Classifer CM 13-01 “Disaster Factor,” 8-10 minutes (Goal Time: ~4.5 sec)
