Pistol
- Trigger Control At Speed, (WHO), 10 Reps
- Draws, 10 Reps (Goal: 1.2 sec)
- Reloads, 5 Reps (Goal: 1.5 sec)
- Quick Step, 10 Reps (Goal: ~4.8 sec)
- Use a 1 square yard shooting box; start standing just outside of the box; on the buzzer engage all 3 targets with 2 rounds, cross through the box to the opposite side and engage one target with 2 rounds; you cannot fire any rounds from inside the box
- Practice moving in all directions, including diagonally
Rifle
- Trigger Control At Speed, 10 Reps
- Ready-ups (High), 10 Reps (Goal: 0.8 sec)
- Reloads, 5 Reps (Goal: 2.5 sec)
- Quick Step, 10 Reps (Goal ~4.5 sec)
