Pistol

  1. Trigger Control At Speed, 10 Reps
  2. Draws (SHO), 10 Reps (Goal: 1.6 sec)
  3. Reloads, 5 Reps (Goal: 1.5 sec)
  4. Criss Cross, 10 Reps (Goal: 10.0 sec)
    • On the buzzer engage the lower A-Zone on the left target, the upper A-Zone on the center target, lower A-Zone on the right target, reload, and shoot the remaining unshot A-Zones

Rifle

  1. Slow Fire Trigger Control, (simulated 25 yards), 10 Reps
  2. Ready-ups (Low), 10 Reps (Goal: 0.8 sec)
  3. Reloads, 5 Reps (Goal: 2.5 sec)
  4. Criss Cross, 10 Reps (Goal: 7.5 sec)
