***BEFORE STARTING ANY DRYFIRE TRAINING, DOUBLE & TRIPLE CHECK THAT YOUR GUNS & MAGAZINES ARE EMPTY. NO LIVE AMMO SHOULD BE IN YOUR TRAINING AREA.***

Pistol

  1. Trigger Control At Speed, 10 reps
  2. Draws (90-Degree Turn), 10 reps (Goal: 1.5 sec)
    • Start with your body turned 90-degrees to the right, on the buzzer turn and establish a sight picture on the target
    • Alternate starting facing left and right
  3. Reloads, 5 reps (Goal: 1.5 sec)
  4. Double Bill Drill, 10 reps (Goal: 5.5 sec)

Rifle 

  1. Trigger Control At Speed, 10 reps
  2. Ready-ups (Low), 10 reps (Goal: 0.8 sec)
  3. Reloads, 5 reps (Goal: 2.5 sec)
  4. Double Bill Drill, 10 reps (Goal: 5.5 sec)
