Pistol
- Trigger Control At Speed (WHO), 10 reps
- Draws, 10 reps (Goal: 1.2 sec)
- Barricade Reloads, 10 reps (Goal: 1.5 sec)
- 3-Position Barricade & Port, 10 reps (Goal: ~7.0 sec)
- Setup: see diagram above
- On the buzzer engage the paper targets on the right side of the barricade, the steel poppers through the port, and the paper targets on the left side of the barricade; you must reload at least one time during the string
Rifle
- Slow Fire Trigger Control, Kneeling (simulated 25 yards), 10 reps
- Ready-ups (High), 10 reps (Goal: 0.8 sec)
- Reloads, 5 reps (Goal: 2.5 sec)
- 3-Position Barricade & Port (Goal: ~7.2 sec), 10 reps
