Pistol

  1. Trigger Control At Speed, 10 reps
  2. Aim in from the low ready (WHO), 10 reps  (Goal: 1.0 sec)
  3. Reloads, 10 reps (Goal: 1.5 sec)
  4. Blake Drill (SHO), 10 reps (Goal: 5.0 sec)

Rifle 

  1. Trigger Control At Speed, 10 reps
  2. Ready-ups (Low), 10 reps (Goal: 0.8 sec)
  3. Reloads, 5 reps (Goal: 2.5 sec)
  4. Blake Drill, 10 reps (Goal: 2.2 sec)
