Pistol
- Trigger Control At Speed, 10 reps
- Aim In with SHO, 10 reps (Goal: 0.4 sec)
- Reloads, 10 reps (Goal: 1.0 sec)
- Unloaded Belt Starts, 10 reps (Goal: 1.5 sec)

- Practice Stage, 8-10 mins

- Start at Shooting Position A. On the buzzer engage the targets on your left and right, move to Shooting Position B, and engage the rest of the targets.
- Spend a few minutes engaging the front array with Strong Hand Only & Weak Hand Only
- Alternate starting in SP A and SP B.
Rifle
- Slow Fire Trigger Control, Kneeling (25y), 10 reps
- Ready-ups (High), 10 reps (Goal: 0.5 sec)
- Trigger Break Reloads, 10 reps
- Unloaded Starts, 10 reps (Goal: 2.0 sec)
- Start with both hands holding the rifle (bolt forward, safety on), on the buzzer, grab a magazine from your belt (or chest rig), load the rifle, and obtain an appropriate sight picture
- Practice Stage, 8-10 mins
- Don’t forget to actuate the safety while moving between positions
