Pistol
- Trigger Control At Speed, 20 reps
- Draw (WHO), 20 reps (Goal: 1.7 sec)
- Reloads, 20 reps (Goal: 1.0 sec)
- Practice Stage, 8-10 mins
- Setup: see diagram above
- Start in Shooting Position A, on the buzzer, engage all targets in Array 1, move to SP B, and engage all targets in Array 2
- Pay attention to the specific aiming points on each target and ensure that you’re making the appropriate trigger presses
Rifle
- Trigger Control At Speed, 20 reps
- Ready-ups (High), 20 reps (Goal: 0.5 sec)
- Reloads, 10 reps
- Practice Stage, 8-10 mins
- Pay attention to Height-Over-Bore as well as where you’re aiming on each target
- Ensure you’re actuating the safety while moving between positions
