Pistol
- Trigger Control At Speed, 10 reps
- Draws, 10 reps (Goal: 1.2 sec)
- Reloads, 5 reps (Goal: 1.5 sec)
- Reloading on the Move, 10 reps
- Setup: see diagram above
- Start in Shooting Position A, on the buzzer, draw and engage T1 with 2 rounds, reload while moving to SP B, and engage T2 with 2 rounds
- Alternate starting in both shooting positions
Rifle
- Slow Fire Trigger Control, Kneeling (simulated 25 yards), 10 reps
- Ready-ups (Low), 10 reps (Goal: 0.8 sec)
- Reload Micro Drill 2, 5 reps (Goal: 0.5 sec)
- Start with the magazine at the magwell entrance, on the buzzer insert the magazine and obtain a sight picture
- Reloads, 5 reps (Goal: 2.5 sec)
- Reloading on the Move, 10 reps
