Saturday, 6/1/24 – Competitor Session

Pistol

  1. Trigger Control At Speed, 20 reps
  2. Draws (Wrists Above Shoulders), 20 Reps (Goal: 0.8 sec)
  3. Reloads, 10 reps (Goal: 1.0 sec)
  4. Bar Hop (Lateral), 10 reps (Goal: ~2.0 sec) 
  5. Single Handed Shooting, 8-10 mins
    • Setup: see diagram above
    • On the buzzer engage all targets freestyle, conduct a reload, and engage all targets again with either Strong Hand Only or Weak Hand Only

Rifle 

  1. Slow Fire Trigger Control, Kneeling (25y), 20 reps
  2. Ready-ups (Low), 20 reps (Goal: 0.4 sec)
  3. Reloads, 10 reps (Goal: 1.5 sec)
  4. Bar Hop (Lateral), 10 Reps (Goal: ~1.6 sec) 
  5. Practice Stage, 8-10 mins
    • Setup: see diagram above
    • On the buzzer, engage all targets, reload, and engage all targets again
