- On the buzzer engage all targets freestyle, conduct a reload, and engage all targets again with either Strong Hand Only or Weak Hand Only

- Slow Fire Trigger Control, Kneeling (25y), 20 reps
- Ready-ups (Low), 20 reps (Goal: 0.4 sec)
- Reloads, 10 reps (Goal: 1.5 sec)
- Bar Hop (Lateral), 10 Reps (Goal: ~1.6 sec)
