Pistol
- Slow Fire Trigger Control (simulated 25 yard Headbox), 10 reps
- Draw (25y), 10 reps (Goal: 1.5 sec)
- Draw to a simulated 25 yard target
- Ensure you’re still looking at a small spot on the target
- Draw with the same speed as a closer target; the extra time is to clean up the sight picture once the sights arrive on target
- Reload Micro Drill 1, 5 reps (Goal: 0.5 sec)
- Start aimed in at the target, on the buzzer eject the magazine from the gun, grab a fresh magazine from the pouch, and bring it up to the entrance of the magwell
- Reloads, 5 reps (Goal: 1.5 sec)
- Designated Target, 10 reps
- Setup: see diagram above
- On the buzzer, engage the center steel target (S1) with 1 round, then engage T1 with 2 rounds, return back to S1, then engage T2, and so on until you’ve engaged T1-T4, end the string by engaging S1 with 1 round.

- Trigger Control At Speed, 10 reps
- Ready-ups (180* Turn), 10 reps (Goal: 1.3 sec)
- Reloads, 5 reps (Goal: 2.5 sec)
- Designated Target, 10 reps
