Pistol

  1. Trigger Control At Speed, 10 reps
  2. Turning Draws (Uprange), 10 reps (Goal: 1.4 sec)
    • Begin facing uprange, on the buzzer draw while turning around and obtain an acceptable sight picture
  3. Stepping Reloads, 10 reps (Goal: 1.6 sec)
    • Reload the gun while taking 1 step in various directions like you’re standing in the middle of a clock
  4. Distance Change-up, 10 reps (Goal: 3.5 sec)

Rifle

  1. Trigger Control At Speed, 10 reps
  2. Ready-ups (Low), 10 reps (Goal: 0.8 sec)
  3. Stepping Reloads, 10 reps (Goal: 2.5 sec)
    • Reload the gun while taking 1 step in various directions like you’re standing in the middle of a clock
  4. Distance Change-up, 10 reps (Goal: 3.1 sec)
