- Trigger Control At Speed (SHO), 10 reps
- Draws, 10 reps (Goal: 1.2 sec)
- Reloads, 5 reps (Goal: 1.5 sec)
- Practice Stage, 10 reps
- Setup: see diagram above
- Start in Shooting Position A, on the buzzer engage Array 1, move to SP B, and engage Array 2
- Alternate starting in both Shooting Positions
Rifle
- Slow Fire Trigger Control (simulated 25 yards), 10 reps
- Ready-ups (High), 10 reps (Goal: 0.8 sec)
- Reloads, 5 reps (Goal: 2.5 sec)
- Practice Stage, 10 reps
