Pistol
- Trigger Control At Speed, 10 reps
- Aim in from the low ready (SHO), 10 reps (Goal: 0.8 sec)
- Reloads, 5 reps (Goal: 1.5 sec)
- Double Blake Drill (Free/WHO), 10 reps (Goal: 7.0 sec)
- Setup: see diagram above
- Perform a standard Blake Drill (2 rounds per target), Reload, transition to Weak Hand Only and perform another Blake Drill
Rifle
- Trigger Control At Speed, 10 reps
- Ready-ups (90-Degree), 10 reps (Goal: 1.0 sec)
- Start with your body turned 90-degrees to the right with the rifle in either the low or high ready, on the buzzer turn and establish a sight picture on the target
- Alternate starting facing left and right
- Reloads, 5 reps (Goal: 2.5 sec)
- Double Blake Drill (Goal: 6.3 sec)
- Perform a Blake Drill, reload, then perform another Blake Drill
