***BEFORE STARTING ANY DRYFIRE TRAINING, DOUBLE & TRIPLE CHECK THAT YOUR GUNS & MAGAZINES ARE EMPTY. NO LIVE AMMO SHOULD BE IN YOUR TRAINING AREA.***

Pistol

  1. Trigger Control At Speed, 10 reps
  2. Draws, Wrists Above Shoulders, 10 reps (Goal: 1.4 sec)
  3. Reload Micro Drill 1, 5 Reps (Goal: 0.5 sec)
    • Start aimed in at the target, on the buzzer eject the magazine from the gun, grab a fresh magazine from the pouch, and bring it up to the entrance of the magwell
  4. Reloads, 5 reps (Goal: 1.5 sec)
  5. Bar Hop (Lateral), 10 reps (Goal: 3.2 sec)

Rifle

  1. Trigger Control At Speed, 10 reps
  2. Ready-ups (Low), 10 reps (Goal: 0.8 sec)
  3. Reloads, 5 reps
  4. Bar Hop (Lateral), 10 reps (Goal: 3.0 sec)
