- Draws, Wrists Above Shoulders, 10 reps (Goal: 1.4 sec)
- Reload Micro Drill 1, 5 Reps (Goal: 0.5 sec)
- Start aimed in at the target, on the buzzer eject the magazine from the gun, grab a fresh magazine from the pouch, and bring it up to the entrance of the magwell
- Reloads, 5 reps (Goal: 1.5 sec)
- Bar Hop (Lateral), 10 reps (Goal: 3.2 sec)
Rifle
- Trigger Control At Speed, 10 reps
- Ready-ups (Low), 10 reps (Goal: 0.8 sec)
- Reloads, 5 reps
- Bar Hop (Lateral), 10 reps (Goal: 3.0 sec)
