***BEFORE STARTING ANY DRYFIRE TRAINING, DOUBLE & TRIPLE CHECK THAT YOUR GUNS & MAGAZINES ARE EMPTY. NO LIVE AMMO SHOULD BE IN YOUR TRAINING AREA.***

Pistol

  1. Trigger Control At Speed, 10 reps
  2. Draws (SHO), 10 reps (Goal: 1.5 sec)
  3. Reloads, 5 reps (Goal: 1.5 sec)
  4. Port Positioning, 8 reps
    • Setup: See diagram above; start in either Shooting Position
    • On the buzzer, engage Array 1 from Shooting Position A and Array 2 from SP B

Rifle 

  1. Slow Fire Trigger Control, Standing (simulated 25 yards), 10 Reps
  2. Ready-ups (High), 10 Reps (Goal: 0.8 sec) 
  3. Reloads, 5 Reps (Goal: 2.5 sec)
  4. Port Positioning, 8 reps
