- Draws, 10 reps (Goal: 0.7 sec)
- Reload Micro Drill 3, 10 reps (Goal: 0.6 sec)
- Start with the magazine at the magwell entrance, on the buzzer insert the magazine and obtain a sight picture
- Reloads, 10 reps (Goal: 1.0 sec)
- Double Bill Drill, 8-10 mins (Goal: 4.0 sec)
- Perform a standard Bill Drill (6 rounds into 1 target), Reload, and perform another Bill Drill
- This drill is about controlling tension; during a Bill Drill you’re going to be tense while trying to shoot as quickly as possible, then you need to relax your hands and forearms to conduct a good reload, followed by returning the tension back to your hands so the second string is properly controlled
