***BEFORE STARTING ANY DRYFIRE TRAINING, DOUBLE & TRIPLE CHECK THAT YOUR GUNS & MAGAZINES ARE EMPTY. NO LIVE AMMO SHOULD BE IN YOUR TRAINING AREA.***

Pistol

  1. Trigger Control At Speed, 10 reps
  2. Aim in from the Low Ready (WHO), 10 reps  (Goal: 1.0 sec)
  3. Reload to SHO, 10 reps (Goal: 1.6 sec)
    • Begin aimed in at the target, on the buzzer perform a standard reload, and switch to Strong Hand Only 
  4. El Presidente (3 yards), 8 reps (Goal: 5.0 sec)

Rifle 

  1. Trigger Control At Speed, 10 reps
  2. Ready-ups (Low), 10 reps (Goal: 0.8 sec)
  3. Reloads, 5 reps (Goal: 2.5 sec)
  4. El Presidente (5 yards), 8 reps (Goal: 6.5sec)
