- Trigger Control At Speed, 20 reps
- Draws (Wrists Above Shoulders), 20 reps (Goal: 0.8 sec)
- Reloads, 10 reps (Goal: 1.0 sec)
- 3 Grasp Drill, 10 reps (Goal: 2.7 sec)
- Draw, fire 2 rounds Freestyle, 2 rounds SHO, & 2 rounds WHO
- This is a drill isn’t intended to replicate any specific scenario or competition requirement, it’s simply designed to help improve raw weapon handling skills.
- Make sure you’re being honest with yourself on the SHO & WHO sight pictures and trigger presses.

- Practice Stage, 8-10 mins
- Setup: See diagram above; Start in Shooting Position A
- Engage hardcover targets from SP A, reload while moving to SP B, and engage all open targets
- Alternate starting in both Shooting Positions and also which targets you engage from each Shooting Position
