***BEFORE STARTING ANY DRYFIRE TRAINING, DOUBLE & TRIPLE CHECK THAT YOUR GUNS & MAGAZINES ARE EMPTY. NO LIVE AMMO SHOULD BE IN YOUR TRAINING AREA.***

Pistol

  1. Trigger Control At Speed (WHO), 10 reps
  2. Turning Draws (Uprange), 10 reps (Goal: 1.4 sec)
    • Begin facing uprange, on the buzzer draw while turning around, obtain an acceptable sight picture
  3. Reloads, 5 reps
  4. Bar Hop (Forwards/Backwards), 10 reps (Goal: 3.2 sec) 

Rifles

  1. Trigger Control At Speed, 10 reps
  2. Ready-ups (Low), 10 reps (Goal: 0.8 sec) 
  3. Reloads, 5 reps (Goal: 2.5 sec)
  4. Bar Hop (Forwards/Backwards), 10 reps (Goal: 3.0 sec)
