***BEFORE STARTING ANY DRYFIRE TRAINING, DOUBLE & TRIPLE CHECK THAT YOUR GUNS & MAGAZINES ARE EMPTY. NO LIVE AMMO SHOULD BE IN YOUR TRAINING AREA.***

Pistol

  1. Slow Fire Trigger Control, 10 reps
  2. Aim in from the low ready (WHO), 10 reps  (Goal: 1.0 sec)
  3. Reloads, 10 reps (Goal: 1.5 sec)
  4. Practice Stage, 10 reps
    • Setup: See diagram above; Start in Shooting Position A
    • On the buzzer, engage Array 1, reload while moving to SP B, and engage Array 2
    • Alternate starting in both Shooting Positions

Rifle

  1. Trigger Control At Speed, 10 reps
  2. Ready-ups (180-Degree Turn), 10 reps (Goal: 1.3 sec)
    • Begin facing uprange, on the buzzer turn around and obtain an acceptable sight picture
  3. Reloads, 10 reps (Goal: 2.5 sec)
  4. Practice Stage, 10 reps
