***BEFORE STARTING ANY DRYFIRE TRAINING, DOUBLE & TRIPLE CHECK THAT YOUR GUNS & MAGAZINES ARE EMPTY. NO LIVE AMMO SHOULD BE IN YOUR TRAINING AREA.***

Pistol

  1. Trigger Control At Speed, 10 reps
  2. Draws, 10 reps (Goal: 1.2 sec)
  3. Reloads, 10 reps (Goal: 1.5 sec)
  4. Track the A-Zone, 10 reps
    • Setup: see diagram above
    • If you can setup 2 barricades, that’s great; if not, setup one and use your imagination for the other.
    • Start next to the far left barricade. On the buzzer, draw and engage Target #1, begin moving to your right and engage Target #3 as it becomes available, then Target #2, and finally move to the outside of the right barricade and engage Target #4.

Rifle

  1. Trigger Control At Speed, 10 reps
  2. Ready-ups (Low), 10 reps (Goal: 0.8 sec)
  3. Reloads, 5 reps (Goal: 2.5 sec)
  4. Track the A-Zone, 10 reps
