Pistol
- Trigger Control At Speed, 10 reps
- Stepping Draws, 10 reps (Goal: 1.3 sec)
- Reload the gun while taking 1 step in various directions like you’re standing in the middle of a clock
- Reloads, 10 reps (Goal: 1.5 sec)
- 3 Grasp Drill, 10 Reps (Goal: 4.5 sec)
- Draw, fire 2 rounds Freestyle, 2 rounds SHO, & 2 rounds WHO
- This is a drill isn’t intended to replicate any specific scenario or competition requirement, it’s simply designed to help improve raw weapon handling skills.
- Make sure you’re being honest with yourself on the SHO & WHO sight pictures and trigger presses.

- Rifle-to-Pistol Transitions, 10 Reps (Goal Time: 1.3 sec)
