Pistol
- Trigger Control At Speed, 20 reps
- Draws (WHO), 20 reps (Goal: 1.7 sec)
- Pause Reloads, 10 reps
- Set a par time for 0.5 seconds ABOVE your average reload time
- Aim in at the target, on the buzzer conduct the first half of the reload and pause with the magazine at the magwell entrance, on the second beep (the end of the par time) insert the magazine and obtain an acceptable sight picture
- Reloads, 10 reps (Goal: 1.0 sec)
- Quick Step, 4-5 mins (Goal: 3.5 sec)
- Setup: See diagram above; only Targets T1-T3 are in play for this drill
- Use a 1 square yard shooting box; start standing just outside of the box; on the buzzer engage all 3 targets with 2 rounds, cross through the box to the opposite side and engage one target with 2 rounds; you cannot fire any rounds from inside the box
- Practice moving in all directions, including diagonally
- Designated Target, 4-5 mins
- Setup: See diagram above; all targets are in play
- Alternate using S1 or T4 as the Designated Target

- Slow Fire Trigger Control, Kneeling (25y), 20 reps
- Ready-ups (Low), 20 reps (Goal: 0.4 sec)
- Reloads, 10 reps (Goal: 1.5 sec)
- Quick Step, 4-5 mins (Goal 2.5 sec)
- Designated Target, 4-5 mins
